"Contract System," "High Talent, High Salary," "Layoffs," "Recruitment," enterprises seek gaps for development within the realm of management. Life cannot be separated from management; survival cannot be separated from management. Whose management is scientific, whose culture, economy, and military will be strong. To surpass others in culture, economy, and military, one must lead in management. The primary principle of scientific management is to absorb the fruits of human management civilization and nourish new life one by one. The second principle of scientific management is to continuously feed this weak life with achievements to make it healthy. The third principle of scientific management is to continue consuming the fruits created by oneself and others after this life has grown strong, making it great. This is the scientific foundation of the survival of scientific management. After China has strengthened its awareness of commodities, quality, and science and technology, should we not move to a higher level of strengthening management awareness? We need scientific management. Management is the human mind. Without a mind, even if a person's body is developed enough to create heaven and earth, they remain a fool, still just a piece of in the eyes of others. In our minds, management cannot be lacking in any way.
