Features: This specification was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's document No. [2005]124, "Notice on Issuing the 'Second Batch of Construction Engineering Standard Plan for 2005'." It was developed by the Handan Coal Industry Design and Research Institute in conjunction with relevant organizations. During the compilation process, the specification drafting group conducted extensive surveys, analyzed and studied the use and existing problems of hoisting frames, and referred to relevant foreign materials. Opinions were widely solicited from design, construction, production, research, and teaching units. Finally, it was reviewed and finalized by the China Coal Construction Association. The specification consists of 6 chapters, covering: General Provisions, Terms and Symbols, Layout and Selection, Loads, Calculations, and Construction. The provisions marked in bold are mandatory and must be strictly enforced. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management of this specification and the interpretation of mandatory provisions, while the Handan Coal Industry Design and Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of specific content.
