Features: "National Vocational Qualification Training Course (2nd Edition): Enterprise Human Resource Manager (Level 3)" is designed to promote the development of enterprise human resource management professional training and skill assessment, and to implement the national vocational qualification certificate system among human resource management practitioners. To advance the professional training and skill assessment of enterprise human resource managers and promote the national vocational qualification certificate system among human resource management professionals, we organized experts from domestic universities, research institutions, and the business community to develop the "National Vocational Qualification Training Course for Enterprise Human Resource Manager (2nd Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as "The Course") based on the newly revised "National Vocational Standard for Enterprise Human Resource Manager (2007 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as "The Standard").
The Course closely aligns with "The Standard" and emphasizes the guiding principle of "orienting toward professional activities and focusing on professional competence." It incorporates the latest theories and practical experiences in human resource management, highlighting the distinctive features of professional training. Structurally, it is organized in a modular format, covering four levels of enterprise human resource managers: Level 4 (National Vocational Qualification Level 4), Level 3 (National Vocational Qualification Level 3), Level 2 (National Vocational Qualification Level 2), and Level 1 (National Vocational Qualification Level 1).
The foundational knowledge section of the Course corresponds to the "Basic Requirements" in "The Standard," while the content for each level aligns with the "Work Requirements" for that level in "The Standard." The Course has undergone a comprehensive revision of the original training course, with a redesigned framework. While retaining key sections from each chapter, it has incorporated many new knowledge points and skills, making it suitable for related human resource management training and serving as a recommended supplementary text for vocational skill assessment.
