Features: This book is the final outcome of the author's Shandong Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Research Project titled "Research on the Theory and System of Constitutional Interpretation in China." Regarding the study of constitutional interpretation, the author planned to conduct three thematic researches on this subject when writing the doctoral dissertation "The Construction of Constitutional Interpretation Theory" in 2002 and intended to complete a trilogy: First, the construction of general theory of constitutional interpretation; Second, the issues of constitutional interpretation in China; Third, the methodology of constitutional interpretation. So far, the first thematic research has been completed and successfully published; the second thematic research is this book, which is the author's preliminary reflections and summaries on the theory and system of constitutional interpretation in China; the third research is the author's current postdoctoral research project, which has been included in the National Social Sciences Fund Project and the China Postdoctoral Fund Project.
