In my opinion, while the promotion of teachers' academic qualifications and titles is undoubtedly important for their professional development, they are merely external certifications and markers of the level of professional development. The core of professional development is rooted in teachers' professional knowledge—the application, discovery, expression, and accumulation of educational and teaching knowledge, rooted in the growth, accumulation, and development of teachers' professional abilities, and rooted in the cultivation, stability, and enhancement of teachers' professional qualities. This is a diverse and vibrant era. Various educational philosophies are flying around, different teaching methods take turns on the stage, and countless research topics emerge. As frontline teachers, the author has always focused on, reflected on, and researched practical issues in educational practice and school life. The author is not capable of building systems or establishing new theories; what they can do is perhaps fill in the gaps. In fact, starting from a micro perspective can also touch on macro issues. The author firmly believes that life is the source of writing, and writing is a rational interpretation and poetic elevation of life. The author's writing purpose is also quite simple: to make readers feel comfortable after reading; second, to inspire some reflection in people.
