Features: National conditions research, which is a specific action taken by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to implement the spirit of the Central Political Bureau Standing Committee meeting. Through national conditions research, the fine Marxist academic tradition of linking theory with practice can be greatly promoted, the role of our institution as a think tank and advisory body can be fully brought into play, and theoretical innovation can be further advanced, as well as the research level of philosophy and social sciences can be improved. In 2005, young scholars in our institution, in accordance with central requirements, carried out several national conditions research activities through multiple channels and forms, achieving a number of high-quality research outcomes. The 17 research reports included in this report collection mainly come from these three national conditions research activities, serving as a compilation of research reports by the young scholars who participated in the research. Here, they have gathered their genuine feelings and insights from experiencing the national conditions, as well as their understanding and recognition of the national conditions, reflecting their sense of responsibility and mission for serving the national conditions and the people in the new era.
