Features: "The Current Situation and Development Survey of China's Ethnic Minorities" is one of the important achievements of the major project "Survey on the Current Situation and Development of China's Ethnic Minorities" under the National "Ninth Five-Year Plan" for Philosophy and Social Sciences, implemented and completed by the Institute of Ethnic Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. This project selected over ten representative ethnic groups as subjects and was compiled based on comprehensive and in-depth surveys conducted at the county (city, banner) level. Each volume is divided into three parts: the comprehensive section, the typical section, and the thematic section, fully reflecting the current situation and future development trends in politics, economy, culture, education, and social aspects of the surveyed ethnic regions. This series not only provides a scientific basis for decision-making and the formulation of development strategies by relevant leading departments but also holds significant academic value.
