Features: "The Biography of Chiang Kai-shek" uses historical materials as the warp and rigorous research as the weft, distinguishing itself from the fictionalized biographies often found in the market. With a spirit of seeking truth in historiography, the book reevaluates the achievements and shortcomings of Chiang Kai-shek and his historical position. It cites numerous references and collects a vast amount of original and valuable documents, exposing the true face of Chiang Kai-shek's betrayal of democracy. The authors' hatred for Chiang Kai-shek and whether their arguments are objective may raise doubts, but in the preface, they sincerely declare that while they detest Chiang Kai-shek emotionally, their writing maintains the rigor of a historian.
