Features: Under the attack of the demon race, the peaceful and prosperous Zion world fell into war and chaos. The Creator God calmed the turmoil, but the Zion world was also divided into two continents: the Eastern Dragon Continent and the Western Holy Continent. The Eastern Dragon Continent maintained a relatively peaceful state for over a thousand years, while the Western Holy Continent, under the of the mage papacy, became a playground for ambitious individuals and tyrants. However, history took a turn when the young prince Long Xiangtian of the Dragon Empire, guided by the gods, embarked on a journey to unify the Holy Continent. No one knew if it was a blessing or a curse.
Outside the window, white waves continuously kissed the sturdy embankment, scattering droplets that made the corners of the room damp. A slightly salty breeze stirred the white curtains, allowing the gentle sunlight to illuminate the person still sleeping on the boat. It was the morning of October 28th, Year 1894 of the Continental Calendar. Although it was still late autumn, the continuous drop in temperature over the past few days made it clear that winter was approaching.
"A dull and boring day has begun again." The person in bed woke up from a deep sleep, abruptly opening their large, azure eyes. A faint, mocking smile played on their lips as they complained about the arrival of the day. He really didn’t like the morning, just as he had disliked the night before. Both were symbols of idleness to him. He loved being busy, loved working, loved piloting his enormous magic machine through the blue sky, touching the clouds with his own hands.
However, it all seemed like a sealed painting in his mind. Now, he was merely the Vice Chief Secretary of the Holy Dragon Army, leading a life free of worries. This might be a dream come true for some, but for him, it was undoubtedly a form of torture.
"I really want to pilot the magic machine again." He smiled bitterly, staring at the dimly lit crystal ball he had taken from his pocket. His heart was filled with bitterness. He looked up through the thin curtains at the azure sky. He was like a sea eagle with its wings clipped, deeply yearning for the day he could soar across the heavens again.
"Don’t overthink it, Kemaio." He warned himself. "The Kaila Four Forms are already finished; it has been drowned. You are just a fool watching the ocean in despair. Why dwell on those sad memories?"
He shook his head in frustration, slowly getting up to groom his still-asleep face.
Kemaio lived in the Holy Dragon Army camp on the outskirts of Heinz City. Although it was called an army camp, it was quite different from the typical camps with tents. Here, the houses were fixed and could not be moved. None of the residents were ordinary soldiers; they were all individuals with certain ranks in the army.
"Ranks?" Thinking about this, Kemaio felt helpless. His current status was actually requested by Tomee from Long Xiangtian. To put it bluntly, he was now nothing more than a woman’s kept man. He gave a bitter smile. Back when he was in charge of the Holy Light City alone, he had never imagined such a day would come. Although this thought misinterpreted Tomee’s kindness, his innate knightly spirit made him unable to accept this situation.
