Features: "Ruyu's Invitation" is a young program on Phoenix TV's Chinese channel. Of course, it was launched five years after Phoenix TV's debut, when the station had accumulated more resources and provided more nourishment to the program than the new shows at the time of its launch. Perhaps it can be as a healthy baby born to a more mature mother. Although the program is relatively new, it interviews "senior" celebrities: Mao Amin, Zhu Zedong, Yang Yuying, Cheng Lin, Wang Guozhen, Ma Shengli, Zhang Hanzhi – names that are familiar to everyone. They have had remarkable histories, and they are still remembered by many. Because of this, the program received an enormous response upon its launch. Whenever "Ruyu's Invitation" airs, many viewers eagerly wait in front of their TVs, reminiscing, reflecting, sharing knowing smiles, and even shedding tears together with the people on screen.
