Features: Professor Huang Futang, a renowned composer, theorist, and educator from Taiwan (pen name "A Tang"), is the author of "Research and Practice of Violin Group Teaching" (State and Violin Group Teaching Research and Practice). Three years ago, when it was published in Taiwan, it was hailed by critics as an encyclopedia of violin group teaching. The reviews described it as "deep in argument, meticulous in analysis, and rich in materials, beyond what one could imagine"; and as "pioneering, covering both philosophy and technique, teaching and learning, theory and practice, abundant materials, and unique insights, making it a monumental work." Professor Huang Futang has extensive experience in violin group teaching. He established the "Huang Zhong Teaching Method," a violin teaching system that has been running for many years with outstanding results. He did not stop there but continued to expand his research scope, delving deeply into the pioneers of group teaching and the important violin group teaching systems of today. In the book, he focuses on the three major schools of violin group teaching today: the Suzuki Method, the Xu Duqin Method, and the Huang Zhong Method.
Professor Huang Futang agreed to have the section on the Xu Duqin Method from his book "Research and Practice of Violin Group Teaching" published in Wuhan, which is undoubtedly a blessing for us, the、、 (the vast majority of whom are only children) and their parents.
