Features: This is a set of cognitive reading materials specifically designed for infants and toddlers aged 0-3. These books serve as large cards, wall hangings, and beautiful picture books when combined. The reading methods adapt to the cognitive development stages of infants and toddlers, allowing for flexible and versatile use to achieve the effect of enjoying them repeatedly. They provide significant help in the visual and auditory development of infants. This set of children's reading materials is divided into the following three stages:
1. Visual Stimulation Stage: In the early stages of infancy (0-4 months), a baby's vision is still underdeveloped, with poor eyesight and little ability to recognize colors. During this period, it is important to keep the baby in a bright environment and expose them to objects with vivid shapes and colors. Parents can hang some cards around the crib to attract the baby's attention, stimulate their visual development, and also frequently recite rhymes from the cards to promote brain and auditory development. (Provides 72 large cards)
2. Color and Shape Recognition Stage: In the second stage (5-12 months), infants have developed basic visual abilities. At this time, parents can connect the cards with plastic rings and hang them on a plastic stand, creating various forms of wall hangings that can be adjusted in length and width. (When hanging, please pay attention to the combination of color depth and warm/cold tones). Parents can hold the baby and help them recognize the colors and shapes on the wall hangings while continuously reciting rhymes, promoting growth and development in both visual and auditory aspects. Periodically, the images can be rearranged to provide a sense of novelty. The pictures in this set are large, vividly colored, and have strong contrast, making their visual effect superior to that of ordinary wall hangings.
3. Picture Book Reading Stage: After the baby turns one year old, their cognitive abilities gradually improve. Parents can use the red ribbons provided with the book to string the cards into a picture book, allowing the baby to read it independently and develop a good habit of loving books. Since the baby is already familiar with these images and colors, parents can teach them to recite the rhymes on the book. The rhymes are smooth and easy to remember, and if parents recite them to the baby for 10 minutes every day, it will enhance the baby's language memory and greatly help them in learning to speak. Additionally, parents can tell stories based on the images to inspire and cultivate the baby's imagination. (Can be transformed into 6-page fold-out wall hangings)
When the baby is two years old, parents can use the picture book to teach them to recognize characters, turning the book into a character recognition textbook. Since the baby is already very familiar with the objects in it, they will quickly learn to recognize characters on this foundation. If the baby can recognize all 72 cards, they will basically be able to smoothly transition to picture-based character recognition.
Please stay tuned to the Golden Apple Early Childhood Education Series for Infants and Toddlers. It will provide excellent educational books tailored to your child's different growth stages, helping them become smarter and wiser. (Can be transformed into two hardcover picture books)
