What are the clinical manifestations of hypotensive shock?

Patient's question:

Recently, I don't know why I've been feeling uncomfortable with my heart. Although I often take medication to control it, the effect is not obvious. When I went to the hospital for a check-up, they also prescribed medication. Could you please tell me what the clinical manifestations of hypotension shock are?

Doctor's answer:

Hypotensive shock can lead to a secondary increase in the function of the circulatory system, resulting in insufficient blood supply to various organs and causing cerebral edema and suffocation in tissues. In the early stage of shock, symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, cyanosis of the lips, decreased blood pressure, cold sweat, and increased urine output may occur. In the middle stage of shock, consciousness impairment, cold and clammy skin, weak respiration, and a progressive increase in blood pressure may be observed. In the late stage of shock, multiple organ failures such as heart failure, respiratory failure, refractory hypotension, and disseminated intravascular hemolysis may manifest.
