Features: This book compiles discussion articles on several important issues from the field of domestic literary theory in recent years, aiming to showcase the diverse dialogue and academic landscape of Chinese literary studies in the new century. The included articles primarily feature those published in the "New Century Theoretical Topics" and "Frontier Reflections on New Century Literary Studies" columns of the journal Literary Controversy in recent years. To more comprehensively reflect the overall picture of the new century's literary studies debate, several other literary discussion articles from domestic publications have also been included. Literary Controversy was founded in January 1986. Our editing of Frontier Reflections on New Century Literary Studies and another book, New Century Literary Studies, serves as the best commemoration of the journal's 20th anniversary. At the same time, it also reflects our willingness to contribute to the innovative development of contemporary Chinese literary studies.
