Features: Interpretations of poetry vary from person to person. The hungry take fullness for poetry, the uneducated take reading for poetry. At different times and stages of life, the essence of poetry is also vastly different. Teachers are the disseminators of civilization. The ultimate goal of education is to cultivate students who possess souls, minds, and expertise, able to create a happy life and serve the community. We are like ferrymen, accompanying and guiding generations of students toward new life destinations. Ferrying requires an environment and climate. As the saying goes: "Timing is everything, but location is everything; location is everything, but harmony is everything." Ferrying also requires everyone's united effort—on the same boat, helping each other, working in harmony, singing along the way—isn't that joyful! On this boat, the ferryman and the passengers are of one heart and one purpose, their efforts aligned, free of grievances, caring for each other, filling the days on the boat with warmth. Even when the passengers disembark, they leave with the joy of having shared the storm together.
Things can change suddenly in the sky, waters can become turbulent, and boats can face danger. It's not always smooth sailing, nor always calm waters, but that's okay. There are other ferrymen, other skilled people, and other friends. Learn from others, listen to others, and see what others have done. Their experiences might suit you, and their experiences can be of use to you.
