Am I suffering from neurasthenia?

Patient's question:

I was naturally a light sleeper, but after having a child, I almost couldn't sleep at night. The moment the child made any movement, I would wake up. Due to poor sleep at night, I often got headaches during the day, my memory became very poor, and my temper was more irritable than before. Am I suffering from neurasthenia?

Doctor's answer:

If there is movement during deep sleep, it is easy to wake up. Poor rest at night can lead to headaches again during the day, memory impairment, and irritability. This situation is related to neurasthenia, and it cannot be ruled out whether it is caused by excessive mental stress or insufficient sleep. Oral medication can be used to stabilize the condition, generally using Oryzanol, along with oral An Shen Bu Nao Ye and Xiao Yao Wan.
