How can fatty liver be cured quickly?

Patient's question:

I usually dislike drinking beer and am accustomed to smoking. These bad habits, along with neglecting my diet, led me to develop fatty liver disease. Now, I often experience bloating and pain in the liver area, a decreased appetite, and feel easily fatigued. Today, I suddenly experienced nausea and dry heaving again.

Doctor's answer:

Diagnosis of Fatty Liver:
1. Presence of risk factors such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and female gender;
2. No history of alcohol consumption or an alcohol equivalent intake of <40g per week;
3. Exclusion of viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, Wilson disease, total parenteral nutrition, and autoimmune liver disease;
4. In addition to the clinical manifestations of the primary disease, symptoms such as fatigue and mild liver area pain may recur, accompanied by hepatosplenomegaly;
5. Serum transaminases may decrease, with ALT as the basis, and may be accompanied by elevated GGT, ferritin, and uric acid.
