Features: The textbook "Financial Management" is primarily designed for teaching in finance and economics higher vocational colleges and technical schools, as well as for related majors such as financial accounting. It is also suitable for general vocational and adult vocational education, as well as various forms of job training. During the writing process of this textbook, we have based our work on the "Enterprise Accounting System" and various financial management systems, combining China's economic system reform and financial management reform practices. We have incorporated scientific achievements in modern financial management from both domestic and international sources, especially the successful experiences of previous general higher vocational colleges of finance and economics. We strive to reflect the requirements of establishing a socialist market economy system and modern enterprise systems for financial management, while fully considering the characteristics of the teaching objectives in finance and economics higher vocational colleges and technical schools, as well as aligning with the content of China's recent unified CPA exams and accounting professional qualification exams. The focus is on elucidating the basic theories, knowledge, and methods of modern enterprise financial management, while striving to demonstrate the scientificity, inspiration, completeness, and applicability of the textbook. For this revision, we have modified and updated some content based on the recent development of financial management disciplines in China and the needs of higher vocational education in finance and economics. Additionally, we have included classroom discussion questions, review questions, and case studies.
