Features: This book is the final outcome of the National Social Science Fund project "Theoretical Research on Marxist Scientific Atheism." It needs to be explained that the relationship between this book and my previous work Research on Scientific Atheism. The problems studied in these two books are fundamentally consistent, with a small amount of overlapping content, but they differ in the themes they present and the perspectives from which they examine the research issues.
First, the writing of Research on Scientific Atheism was based on reflections on the proliferation of doomsday cults in the world. The writing of this book, on the other hand, is in response to the concerning state of Marxist scientific atheism education and promotion, as well as the lack of research on Marxist scientific atheism and the urgency of constructing Marxist theology.
Second, Research on Scientific Atheism primarily elaborates on the historical development of Marxist scientific atheism and the organization of its basic theories. The theme of this book is to study the contemporary issues faced by Marxist scientific atheism, the era spirit, theoretical characteristics, and contemporary value it demonstrates in addressing these issues. This book also delves into the fundamental problems and theoretical connotations of the Marxist theological system, summarizes the basic methods for studying religious issues, and proposes the idea of constructing the contemporary form of Marxist scientific atheism. It also devotes considerable space to discussing the practical forms of Marxist scientific atheism.
In the elaboration of all these issues, there are some of my own ideas and insights. Even for the "overlapping" content, I strive to present new perspectives. Therefore, it can be said that this book is a continuation, deepening, and expansion of Research on Scientific Atheism in theoretical research.
