Agricultural products and agricultural inputs are two important aspects of the agricultural market. Since the reform of China's socialist market economy first started with the product market, the reform of the agricultural input market lagged behind, so compared to the previous book Analysis of Major Agricultural Product Markets in China, the writing of this book is significantly more challenging. Typically, the relevant data is not yet complete, which has caused various difficulties for the authors. The completion of this book can be considered a pioneering work. It is one of the few comprehensive and systematic analyses of China's major agricultural input markets to date. It largely follows the economic analysis framework of "production, circulation (including trade), distribution, consumption, policy, and related issues," establishing a model for analyzing agricultural input markets. At the same time, considering the combination of theory and practice in this book, two appendices have been added at the end of each chapter: one provides an overview of the main producers of the input, and the other outlines the main government management agencies and institutions for the input.
