It takes the actual process flow as the main line, systematically and comprehensively elaborating on common oral fixed restoration techniques. Although the chapters "Overview of Oral Restoration Technology" and "Chapter 13 Quality Management Theory of Custom-Made Dentures" are not unique to the book "Oral Fixed Restoration Technology," they are included here because fixed restoration is the cornerstone of this series. With the increasing maturity of full-ceramic restoration technology, full-ceramic restoration has become a favorite in clinical practice. The eleventh chapter, "Ceramic Deposition Technology," is written by Technician Jiangshan from the Ceramic Deposition Technical Center. It can be anticipated that simulation technology will dominate the future. Since 2002, according to the current laws and regulations in our country, the dentures I am familiar with have acquired a legal attribute—custom-made dentures. Therefore, practitioners should familiarize themselves with the relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible, and all production centers (factories) must produce and sell legally. At the same time, each denture production center must also establish a corresponding quality system internally. Although opinions differ among academia and the industry, the law is unyielding. Therefore, we have specifically designed two chapters to facilitate readers in discussing the pros and cons: "Chapter 15 Quality Management Theory of Custom-Made Dentures," written by Dr. Zhao Wenshuang from the Institute of Medical Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at the University of Heidelberg, Germany; and "Chapter 16 Quality Inspection in Denture Production," written by teachers from our production center based on practical experience. Although it lacks academic rigor, it is highly suitable for production practice and is extremely valuable.
