How should Helicobacter pylori be treated

Patient's question:

I haven't had my period this month. Later, I bought a pregnancy test and found out it was early pregnancy. The previous detailed ultrasound examination didn't reveal whether I was pregnant, as the doctor said the gestational age was too small and it might not have entered the uterine cavity yet, so it wasn't visible. However, they did see pelvic effusion. Will this affect the baby?

Doctor's answer:

Generally, during early pregnancy, a small amount of pelvic effusion may occur. This symptom does not affect the development of the gestational sac or cause any adverse effects on the baby. However, if the amount of pelvic effusion is significant, it may be caused by pelvic inflammation. In this case, regular follow-up is necessary. As long as it does not lead to severe pelvic adhesions, it will not have any adverse effects on the baby. Therefore, if pelvic effusion is detected during pregnancy, there is generally no need to be overly concerned, and regular follow-up is sufficient.
