Features: In recent years, the author has participated in research on sugar safety and food safety topics. This book selects some research reports on food safety and food safety topics that the author has led as the main content. Some achievements were completed through the joint efforts of relevant researchers, as indicated in the text. The book is divided into two parts, with a total of 10 chapters. The first part mainly discusses food safety issues, including 6 relatively independent research reports, which are studies on the theory and practical problems of food safety; the second part mainly analyzes the status and early warning of food safety in China, including 4 relatively independent research reports, which are studies on food safety issues. Out of respect for the subject contracting unit, the reports included in this book basically maintain their respective structures and logical arguments, so there is some necessary repetition in some parts, some views have historical traces, and the writing style is not entirely consistent. In addition, there are many aspects of this book that need improvement, and there may be inappropriate places, hoping to receive guidance and help from experts and scholars. Finally, it should be noted that the views and conclusions of each report in this book are the research results of scholars and do not represent the opinions of the subject contracting unit.
