What are the symptoms of non-viral hepatitis?

Patient's question:

My father has hepatitis, and after my recent fever, a thorough examination revealed that I also have non-viral hepatitis. Mainly, I experience nausea with a tendency to vomit. Apart from being well-rested at night, I have swollen eyes and a yellow complexion. I am currently under treatment.

Doctor's answer:

Mild clinical diagnostic symptoms and signs are slight or absent, with only 1 or 2 liver function indicators showing mild abnormalities, moderate or severe abnormalities, such as fatigue, poor appetite, abdominal pain, yellow urine, and loose stools. Accompanied by liver disease facial features, liver palm, spider angiomas, and splenomegaly, excluding other causes, and without signs of portal hypertension. Laboratory tests show serum ALT and/or AST repeatedly or persistently decreasing, albumin reduction or abnormal A/G ratio, and significant decrease in gamma globulin. In fact, having viral hepatitis is not frightening. Patients should believe that they can overcome the disease. As long as symptoms are detected in time and symptomatic treatment is provided, the chances of alleviating the condition and recovering are very high.
