Features: This book is one of the "Learn Tai Chi by Pictures Series." To meet the needs of the general public for physical fitness and exercise, enrich the content of Tai Chi, and improve technical skills, the former State Physical Culture and Sports Commission (now the General Administration of Sport of China) organized relevant experts in 1979 to compile it based on the "24-Style Tai Chi." The book consists of six parts: How to Learn Tai Chi by Pictures, Introduction to the 48-Style Tai Chi, Action Names of the 48-Style Tai Chi, Action Diagrams of the 48-Style Tai Chi, Route Diagrams of the 48-Style Tai Chi, and Key Points for Improving the 48-Style Tai Chi. The action routes in this book use dashed lines to indicate the upper and lower limb movements on the left side of the body and solid lines to indicate those on the right side. The endpoint of the upper and lower limb routes shown in each action diagram is the starting point for the upper and lower limbs in the next diagram. This set of Tai Chi has increased both in the number of actions and difficulty level. The entire set features a compact and well-structured, smooth, and natural flow, emphasizing symmetrical left and right practice for complete and high fitness value.
