Even today, the "three rural" issues remain a strategic focus of all work, and the construction of a new socialist countryside has just begun. Without agricultural modernization, there can be no Chinese modernization; without the well-being of farmers, there can be no true all-round well-being; without rural stability, there can be no national stability—this is a common understanding today. This book is a product of collective collaboration. The authors, according to their respective divisions of labor, extensively collected materials, conducted in-depth research, and wrote conscientiously, striving to achieve the goal of highlighting key points while also showcasing the basic outline of the rural reform in Anhui.
