1. The vast civilization of China has flowed through the ages. In the broad cultural system of the Chinese Dragon Culture, Qilin College is merely a tiny grain within the three thousand great kalpas. Yet it basks in the sunlight of a new cultural century, stretching its desire and ideals for growth. With the burden of the world's great mission, the mission of cultural construction, and the goal of a century of gathering and nurturing, this is the founding purpose of our institution.
2. To unite and serve the vast collectors and artists at home and abroad, with a sincere, upright, and transcendent artistic spirit, and to dedicate ourselves to the development of Chinese culture—this is the operational principle of our institution.
3. Our institution does not lean toward narrowly defining culture, i.e., spiritual culture, as the "sum of culture," but instead seeks to stand on a broader cultural space, grasping the spiritual essence of national culture with a historical and global perspective—this is our value orientation.
4. To foster schools of thought without sects; to gather large teams without small cliques; to promote a sincere academic atmosphere while opposing artificiality and; to encourage artistic innovation while opposing adherence to tradition and conservatism; to warmly embrace renowned figures from all over the world and not disdain emerging talents among the people—this is our working principle.
5. To engage in equal artistic exchanges, strengthen the new cells within the body of Chinese culture, and enhance the vitality of the institution through activities such as networking, seminars, publishing, and exhibitions, making it a source of continuous inspiration—this is our operational mechanism.
6. To implement a talent strategy, strengthen the awareness of high-quality works, and prioritize people to build and thrive the institution, producing outstanding works and renowned artists—this is our goal.
