Features: Based on the conceptual framework of digital agriculture, digital agriculture is a hierarchical digital network environment under the influence of relevant technical standards across three levels—communication, data and software, and application services: (1) Hardware communication network environment, including information/data collection and transmission; (2) Data and software network environment, including the management of information resources and software tools developed to utilize these resources; (3) Application service network environment, including various services for different users through various information terminals, particularly emphasizing the platform of the Internet. The standard system of digital agriculture permeates these three levels and plays a normative role in operations at each level, while ensuring that products from different sources can work collaboratively under unified standards, promoting the continuous development of digital technology and applications. This study aims to focus on the concept of digital agriculture,, establish a technical standard system for digital agriculture. Starting from the various standards in the field of data communication, data resource encoding, precision agriculture operations, and agricultural information services, it attempts to identify their intrinsic connections and common collaborative mechanisms, providing important technical reference specifications for China's digital agriculture to integrate advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, and to develop digital agriculture applications suitable for China's national conditions.
