Features: To meet the needs of teaching, this book is divided into two parts. The first part covers the legal profession system, and the second part covers the notarization system, totaling fifteen chapters. Regarding the theories of the legal profession, there are two terms: Legal Profession Studies and Legal Profession Law Studies. We believe these are disciplines at different levels, with the former being a superordinate concept of the latter. Its research objects not only include the legal system of the legal profession but also encompass the knowledge structure and skills and techniques of legal work. The content of the first part of this book is limited to the legal system of the legal profession, hence the term Legal Profession Law Studies. China's notarization system is currently in a period of systematic standardization, and our Notarization Law is being formulated in full swing, with the prospect of being officially released within this year. In the writing process, we extensively referred to the provisions of the draft Notarization Law that has taken shape, striving to reflect the latest achievements of China's notarization system reform and development. However, the draft is not yet law, and the relevant provisions should still be considered as official articles.
