Features: "Synchronous Analysis and Assessment" is a teaching supplementary reader newly developed by the People's Education Press, designed to accompany the People's Education Press experimental textbooks for compulsory education curriculum standards. It emphasizes guidance, practice, and assessment, reflecting the supplementation and extension of the textbook.

It highlights the training focus of literacy, writing, vocabulary and sentences, reading, and writing exercises. It organizes scattered language knowledge into a systematic structure, reflecting coherence. It is close to students' learning and life, fully mobilizing their independent learning and joyful practice, reflecting interest. It strives to be practical, user-friendly, and highly operational, reflecting the authority and of People's Education Press supplementary materials. The writing format is as follows:
Lower and middle grades each volume mainly include two parts: "Synchronous Practice for Each Lesson" and "Unit Assessment." Starting from upper grades, each unit in each volume adds "Unit Guidance," and a "Pre-Lesson Warm-Up" section is included before intensive reading texts. Each volume includes one comprehensive assessment at mid-term and final-term. "Synchronous Practice for Each Lesson" mainly includes key points of each lesson and exercises for each lesson (comprising a basic part, a skill part, and an extension part). The extension part is flexible, sometimes extending after a single text and sometimes after two or three texts, focusing on the comprehensive application of language skills. Starting from middle grades, the types of single-item exercises gradually decrease, while the types of comprehensive exercises gradually increase. Activity-based and interactive columns are appropriately added. While maintaining consistency in major sections, the specific columns and question types vary slightly in each volume. Starting from upper grades, each unit in each volume includes "Unit Guidance," striving to use concise, insightful language to stimulate students' interest in learning, clarify the focus and difficulties of language knowledge and skills in the unit, suggest learning methods, and promote habit cultivation, reflecting the guidance function. "Unit Assessment" reflects the assessment of language knowledge and skills in the unit. The assessment time is controlled within 40 minutes. "Mid-term and Final Comprehensive Assessment" focuses on examining students' overall mastery of learning content. Generally, it includes 30%–40% of basic questions and a certain proportion of reading comprehension and accumulation/expression questions. The test questions balance knowledge and skills, understanding and accumulation, fundamental and innovative aspects, making them solid yet fresh, reflecting the orientation of assessment. Mid-grade mid-term and final assessments should be completed within 60 minutes, while upper-grade assessments should be completed within 90 minutes.
(3) Strong Writing Team The writing team of this series consists of textbook authors, experienced education and research personnel, and excellent teachers. Notably, the textbook authors directly participated in the planning, drafting, and writing of this series, ensuring that it better reflects the concepts of curriculum reform and the editorial intent of People's Education Press textbooks.
