Features: This is a book that discusses philosophy as a way of life. Since it is a way of life, how can there be superiority or inferiority, good or bad, or a beautiful future? In reflection, there arise the "assumptions" of philosophy. Of course, this discusses some issues in the history of Western philosophy. The main goal is to connect problems related to ontology and epistemology in traditional metaphysics with issues in politics, ethics, and law, because it seems that only these aspects are closely tied to people's life ideals. Naturally, when writing, one cannot help but take China as a reference. Habermas once said in one place that once the spirit of the times dominates philosophy, and once the modern sense of time breaks the forms of philosophical thought, a rupture has in fact already occurred. What philosophy needs is simply awareness and discourse about this. Perhaps from a formal perspective, Hegel is the one who is most aware of this and has articulated it the best. Moreover, Habermas has repeatedly said in multiple places: Our current situation is no different from that of Hegel's disciples, and we are happy to be their contemporary companions. So, do we feel that we have acquired such a problem consciousness?
