To promote the development of vocational training and professional skill assessment for garment production workers and to implement the national vocational qualification certificate system among garment production workers, the China Employment Training and Technical Guidance Center, after completing the formulation of the "National Occupational Standard—Garment Production Worker," has compiled this book. The content of this book reflects the guiding principle of "orienting toward occupational activities and focusing on occupational competence," highlighting the characteristics of vocational training. Structurally, it is organized based on the fields of garment production worker occupational activities in a modular manner, dividing them into four levels: Junior Garment Production Worker, Intermediate Garment Production Worker, Senior Garment Production Worker, and Garment Production Worker Technician. According to the requirements of the "National Occupational Standard—Garment Production Worker," this book is compiled by the China Employment Training and Technical Guidance Center in accordance with the principle of alignment between standards, teaching materials, and question banks, serving as a recommended supplementary guide for vocational skill assessment. This book includes three parts: Intermediate Garment Production Worker, Senior Garment Production Worker, and Garment Production Worker Technician, respectively introducing the work skills and related knowledge that each level of garment production worker should master, covering pattern making, cutting, sewing, guidance, and training.
