Features: "Tang and Song Masterpieces (Set of 4 Volumes)" is divided into four parts: "Tang Poetry Volume," "Song Poetry Volume," "Tang and Song Ci Volume," and "Tang and Song Prose Volume." Among them, "Tang Poetry Volume" selects 304 works by 96 poets, "Song Poetry Volume" selects 305 works by 139 poets, "Tang and Song Ci Volume" selects 308 works by 94 authors, and "Tang and Song Prose Volume" selects 119 works by 80 authors, totaling 1,036 works by over 300 writers. Compiling such a comprehensive anthology requires balancing the inclusion of works from different styles and schools to provide readers with a relatively comprehensive understanding of Tang and Song literature, while also showcasing the compiler's distinctive selections. For this purpose, we have strived to include renowned masterpieces recognized by both ancient and modern scholars, while also selecting some works that are currently less well-known based on our research findings.
