How is azoospermia treated?

Patient's question:

Between November and December, check at the maternity and child hospital. Results: Azoospermia

Doctor's answer:

Endocrine test blood FSH and LH are significantly lower than normal, indicating hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. hCG or hMG can be used for treatment, and it takes about a year to see results.
2. Patients with hyperprolactinemia can be treated with bromocriptine. If prolactin levels are excessively high, an MRI should be performed to check for pituitary tumors. If azoospermia is caused by hypothalamic or pituitary tumors, radiotherapy or surgical treatment should be considered.
