Right testicle seems to feel like it's hanging there, as if something is pulling

Patient's question:

Hello, my right testicle seems to be hanging there.
It feels like something that pulls the testicle is broken.
A few years ago, after masturbation, I had severe pain in my left lower abdomen, which lasted for about half an hour.
Now it's always like this.
I don't know if there's a problem.

Doctor's answer:

It might be prostatitis, a disease caused by chronic inflammation. The best treatment for prostatitis is a combination of Western and Chinese medicine. First, use antibiotic medications like cephalosporins for 7-14 days, then follow up with traditional Chinese medicine for consolidation therapy. Treating prostatitis requires a systematic and course-based approach to achieve a complete cure. During treatment, drink plenty of water, avoid prolonged sitting or riding, refrain from foods, smoking, and alcohol, and maintain a regular sexual life. It is recommended to seek treatment at a formal hospital.
In addition to medication, I recommend a physical therapy called warm Sitz bath: Pour about 40% water (enough that your hand doesn’t feel hot) into a basin, filling it about halfway. Sit in the water for 10-30 minutes each time. When the water cools, add more hot water to maintain an effective temperature. Do this 1-2 times a day, with 10 days constituting one course. This helps in the discharge of inflammatory secretions.
