Features: Capital, as one of the production factors in human economic and business activities, has always objectively existed. However, in China, capital is almost a new phenomenon. More accurately, our understanding and perception of capital have undergone fundamental changes—from deliberate avoidance to rational engagement, from one-sided criticism to scientific utilization. With the continuous deepening of economic reforms and the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy system, the corporate system, as the carrier of capital, has transitioned from a single state-owned enterprise system to a situation where state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-funded enterprises share the "three-way division of power." The form of capital has also evolved from traditional physical capital and monetary capital to a higher level of securities capital. Capital is currently one of the most closely watched phenomena in China. This book aims to analyze and research capital management issues from different perspectives, such as the focus and absorption of capital, the flow and expansion of capital, the optimization and restructuring of capital, and the return and distribution of capital. Taking enterprises as the phenomenon, the book identifies all resources that can bring benefits to enterprises as corporate capital and specifically explores the management of corporate capital, constructing a new theoretical and methodological framework for the management of corporate capital.
