Regarding the expression of legal document names, to distinguish between the two different legal texts before and after the amendment of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China in 1980, the original text is expressed as "Article X of the Marriage Law of 1980", and the amendment is expressed as "the Amendment to the Marriage Law (2001), Article X." Considering this systematic collection of case studies, when referring to various interpretations or documents of the Supreme People's Court on the application of the Marriage Law, the full name of the document is generally used as a principle, rather than abbreviations, to facilitate readers' reading and understanding. Regarding the content arrangement, some cases discuss multiple issues, but for the convenience of format arrangement, only one of the main issues reflected or discussed is selected as the corresponding title and arranged in the relevant chapter.
