Features: Strengthening the capacity of the Party organizations in the army is a major initiative to fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the expanded meeting of the Central Military Commission. Recently, the Central Military Commission issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Capacity of Party Organizations in the Army." To deeply understand the importance and urgency of strengthening the capacity of Party organizations in the army, clarify the guiding principles, main tasks, and key content of such efforts, and explore strategies and countermeasures to enhance the "Four Capabilities," we have compiled the book "Seven Lectures on Strengthening the Capacity of Party Organizations in the Army" based on the Commission's "Opinions." This book is intended for theoretical study by the core groups of Party committees in units and is also suitable for political education in grassroots units. This book is the result of collective effort, with contributors including: Lecture 1, Yan Qianying; Lecture 2, Yang Jianzi; Lecture 3, Su Jiayi; Lecture 4, Fan Jichao; Lecture 5, Niu Hongwei; Lecture 6, Yue Yong; Lecture 7, Zhang Chaoying. During the writing process, after Su Jiayi proposed the writing approach, basic intentions, and specific requirements, the collective engaged in repeated discussions to finalize the outline. Subsequently, the writing was divided among the contributors to complete the drafts. Once the initial drafts were completed, Yan Qianying was responsible for revising and compiling them. The entire book was finally reviewed by Su Jiayi, Yan Qianying, and Zhang Chaoying. Due to our limited expertise, there may be shortcomings or inaccuracies, and we sincerely welcome valuable feedback from readers.
