How should preliminary prostate calcification be handled

Patient's question:

Premature ejaculation, severe sensitivity at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions on the glans. On November 15, 2014, the examination results showed that everything else was normal. The prostate was examined via transrectal ultrasound, showing slightly enlarged morphology, heterogeneous, rich blood flow, slightly stronger within the inner probe, and an intact but rough membrane. The middle lobe protrudes into the bladder. The doctor said it was preliminary calcification of the prostate.

Doctor's answer:

Prostatic calcification may be caused by chronic prostatitis. Check "prostate routine."
Sensitivity tests are unreliable. It is recommended to seek medical attention at a national Class III-A hospital.
