Prostatic multiple calcifications, lower abdominal pain for several days

Patient's question:

Last year, for a few days, there was white liquid discharge from the urethral opening, and sometimes the urine was split. After taking levofloxacin capsules for a period of time, the symptoms disappeared.
Due to work reasons, I sit for long periods, and sometimes, after sitting in a car for too long, my lower abdomen occasionally aches, but it disappears quickly. The scrotum is sometimes damp, and the testicles occasionally hurt.
In early December 2014, I had a physical examination. The ultrasound showed multiple calcium deposits in the prostate, and the doctor said it wasn’t a big deal.
Recently, possibly due to diet and alcohol consumption, since February 2, for the past four days, my lower abdomen has been in persistent pain, and urination is incomplete with a sense of pain, but there is no significant frequency or urgency. Starting yesterday, I began taking levofloxacin as an anti-inflammatory medication.

Doctor's answer:

High probability of prostatitis. It is recommended to have a routine examination of prostatic fluid when you have time. You can also come to the Third Department of Urology on the 8th floor of the First Hospital Department. I am usually in the ward.
