Patient's question:
Premature ejaculation, lose it as soon as it can't penetrate the vaginaDoctor's answer:
Oral medication for premature ejaculation has poor efficacy. I use surgical treatment, which is highly effective and stable, and I am one of the first doctors in China to adopt this therapy. Through long-term accumulation and summarization of experience, continuous research and improvement, the surgical method currently used causes very minor damage and minimal pain, with almost no complications compared to similar foreign therapies. However, the premise of treatment is that the patient must have regular sexual activity before and after treatment, meaning they must have a heterosexual partner, and both before and after treatment, they must engage in regular vaginal intercourse. This is necessary to objectively measure intercourse time, confirm the diagnosis, and evaluate postoperative efficacy. It should not be based solely on one or two sexual experiences or even a history of masturbation for surgery.
Due to the large number of patients, my clinic has been extended to afternoons from Monday to Friday. Additionally, I adjust my work hours appropriately each time to accommodate more patients who haven’t booked an appointment. Because of the newly added clinic hours, Tuesday afternoons tend to have fewer patients, making it easier to get an additional appointment that day.
