Features: Rule 1: Love Requires Mutual Affection
Mutual affection is the foundation of all love. Love is love, and only when there is mutual admiration can it truly be called love. Throughout history and across cultures, countless heartwarming love stories have been built on mutual affection. The prince falls in love with the princess because of her beauty and intelligence; the princess falls in love with the prince because of his handsomeness and bravery. The seven fairies fall in love with Dong Yong’s filial piety and diligence, and Dong Yong falls in love with the seven fairies because of their beauty and kindness. In short, all love stems from affection. There is affection, there is love; without affection, there is no love. As the saying goes, "Different people have different tastes," although everyone has different standards for choosing a partner, the generation of love from affection is consistent. Conversely, the saying "Forced love is bitter" also proves from the opposite side that affection and love are interdependent. Mutual affection is naturally an expression of true feelings. What is true feeling? Dr. Botner, an expert in human electromagnetic studies, conducted in-depth research on this question. He found that the sum of the speed of division and combination of brain cells generates an electromagnetic field, which makes people feel attraction or aversion towards the opposite sex. This electromagnetic field often forms the moment one looks at the other. If the scale of magnetic radiation is close, it is easy to fall deeply in love, which is known as love at first sight. The following points can be used to test whether the magnetic force between two people is close. (1) Without seeing the other person, one can’t stop thinking about them; after meeting, it’s as if there’s a thousand words to say, yet one doesn’t know where to begin. This is a strong manifestation of magnetic resonance. (2) One always thinks person A is good, but also thinks person B is great, and only after choosing can one decide whom to love. This is a manifestation of desire, not true love, meaning there is no magnetic resonance. (3) If you find someone approachable, it’s just that you are attracted to their personal charm—it’s not mutual affection. Only the following five forms indicate that you are truly in love with them. ① You think about them all day, even willing to sacrifice everything for them. ② When you’re with them, you feel a sense of joy and stability. ③ When kissing your lover, it’s as if your entire body and soul melt together. ④ When you make eye contact, your lover understands your thoughts. ⑤ If you lose them, it’s as if you’ve lost the entire world; seeing them be affectionate with someone else makes you unable to control your jealousy. This is a manifestation of possessiveness, a true love that runs deep in the bones. It should be noted that love requires mutual affection, not one-sided infatuation. One-sided infatuation, as the name suggests, is longing for someone without their knowledge, so it is also called unrequited love. Depending on the situation, one-sided infatuation can be divided into two types: felt infatuation and unfelt infatuation, distinguished by whether the object of affection knows they are being loved. If they don’t know, it’s unfelt infatuation; if they know but ignore the feelings, causing the infatuated person great pain, it’s felt infatuation. Since love is a mutual affection, one should reject one-sided infatuation. If you find yourself suffering from one-sided infatuation and unable to overcome it, you should do some self-reflection and seek self-liberation. Just imagine—if the other person doesn’t even
