Features: How to start from the national conditions, absorb and learn from the outstanding achievements of human political civilization, and explore a path to socialist political civilization through the development of democracy, is an important issue for China's peaceful rise. The key to developing democracy is to establish a civilized modern political system. Democracy not only needs to be developed, but the development of democracy itself also requires establishing a set of appropriate and excellent political systems, designing systems to restrict and supervise power. A good political system can give the government enough authority while citizens enjoy full freedom, thereby promoting social progress, enhancing people's well-being, and curbing autocracy, tyranny, and corruption. Without democracy, there is no socialism, and without socialism, there is no socialist political civilization. In China, developing socialist democracy fundamentally means unifying the leadership of the Party, the people being masters of the country, and the rule of law. This new conclusion profoundly reveals the fundamental connotation of our country's socialist democratic politics, points out the correct direction for developing socialist democratic politics, and shows that the Communist Party of China has found the forms of realization and institutional models for developing socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. Institutionalizing, standardizing, and proceduralizing socialist democratic politics, adhering to and improving our basic political system, continuously expanding intra-Party democracy and social democracy, continuously deepening reforms of the political and administrative management system, and continuously expanding democratic supervision to ensure the development of democracy and political stability are important measures for building socialist political civilization.
