Within each category, items are listed in chronological order of promulgation. The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged according to the administrative divisions approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative regions with two or more items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This collection is published in twelve issues annually, with one issue per month. This issue is the issue for the year 2007, including 1 law, 3 administrative regulations, 6 regulatory documents, 26 departmental rules filed with the State Council, and 2 judicial interpretations promulgated within December 2006. It also includes 1 regulatory document and 1 judicial interpretation from November 2006. In total, 40 items are included.
