Is it really prostatitis?

Patient's question:

Hello Doctor! I have recently had a severe cold with lower back pain, a slight discomfort in the right groin area, and a bit of relaxation in the right scrotum. During the cold, I had a prostate check, and the results showed ++ Leukocyte Esterase, while other tests were normal. Previously, in March, my test results were still four+, and I didn't experience any discomfort then. The doctor said it was chronic prostatitis. Could it really be prostatitis? Is it related to the check I had during the cold? Or could it be something else like epididymitis or orchitis?

Doctor's answer:

Hello, prostatitis is complex in classification, with various causes and a wide range of symptoms. Frequent urination and urgency are the most common symptoms of prostatitis. The symptoms of prostatitis also include pain, abnormal secretions, and mental state, among others.
