Is the direction in which the vas deferens hangs fixed?

Patient's question:

My testicles and vas deferens structure are different from the structure shown in the book from a side view.
So, I have a bit of a question~!

Doctor's answer:

The vas deferens is part of the spermatic cord within the scrotum and inguinal canal, being the main structure within the spermatic cord. The vas deferens is tough and rope-like; below the external ring of the inguinal canal within the spermatic cord, it can be palpated through the scrotal wall.
