Doctor's answer:

If you go to the hospital for a check-up, the doctor will test your prostatic fluid. Here are the steps:
The doctor gives the command to take off your pants, then you lie down and spread your buttocks. The doctor puts on a white, transparent glove, applies some lubricant to it, and slowly inserts it into your anus.
Slowly push forward, and then your urethra (also known as the "little JJ") will secrete white, transparent fluid. This is the prostatic fluid.
To collect prostatic fluid, you must abstain from sexual activity for at least three days before the test, otherwise it will be difficult to produce enough. With a skilled doctor, it won’t be uncomfortable at all. It feels fine.
