Doctor's answer:

Hello, functional anejaculation is the most common type of ejaculation disorder, accounting for over 90% of cases. It includes:
(1)Central ejaculation disorder. Primarily caused by abnormal brain function, leading to enhanced inhibitory effects on sexual arousal, especially on the ejaculation center, resulting in the absence of sexual climax and ejaculation. In some cases, anejaculation is also caused by sensory organ disorders, emotional factors, intellectual impairments, etc.
(2)Spinal central ejaculation disorder. Dysfunction or failure of the ejaculation and erection centers in the lumbar and sacral spinal cord can lead to weakened penile erection or complete inability to achieve erection, as well as delayed or complete inability to ejaculate.
(3)Psychogenic ejaculation disorder. This type of ejaculation disorder does not involve any organic disorders of the reproductive system and is purely caused by psychological factors.
Functional anejaculation can be further divided into the following three types:
(1)No ejaculation activity, even after prolonged sexual intercourse or certain forms of climax exhaustion, without achieving ejaculation.
(2)Retrograde ejaculation, where normal sexual intercourse occurs, but no normal ejaculation follows climax, with sperm and fructose present in the urine after intercourse.
(3)No emission of semen, referring to the presence of climax but no semen discharge after ejaculation.
