Doctor's answer:

Hello: Kidney Yin deficiency is a common condition in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Your despairing mindset is not conducive to early recovery from the disease. TCM treats diseases primarily by adjusting the function of internal organs. The treatment process may be longer, but you must have confidence. In fact, the confidence to conquer the disease is the most important thing. TCM believes that kidney Yin deficiency, characterized by insufficient nourishment and the generation of internal heat, manifests as a set of deficiency symptoms, known as kidney Yin deficiency. The symptoms include: soreness and weakness in the lower back and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, premature ejaculation in men, insomnia and forgetfulness, dry mouth and throat, in the palms, soles, and chest (a feeling of heat), night sweats, flushed cheeks in the afternoon (a sensation of fever), yellow and scanty urine, red tongue with little moisture, thin or no coating, and a thready, rapid pulse. Treatment generally focuses on nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidneys, and traditional Chinese herbal formulas such as Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Formula) and Zuo Gui Wan (Left-Gui Wan) can be used. However, TCM emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment. It is best for you to consult a local TCM hospital for diagnosis and treatment, combining the four diagnostic methods (inspection, auscultation/olfaction, inquiry, and palpation) for optimal results.
