Hello: Based on your description, it may be Kidney Yang deficiency. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), what is referred to as Kidney Yang deficiency is a type of cold and deficiency syndrome characterized by the decline of Kidney Yang, loss of its warming function, and impaired Qi transformation.Symptoms include: pale complexion, soreness and coldness in the lower back and knees, feeling cold in the body with limbs being particularly cold, male impotence, premature ejaculation, and cold semen. In women, it may manifest as uterine coldness and infertility, reduced libido, or loose and watery stools, frequent clear urine, nocturia, pale tongue with white coating, and deep, weak, and especially weak pulse in the (spleen region).
Treatment generally focuses on warming and tonifying Kidney Yang, and herbal formulas such as Jinkui Shenqi Wan (Golden Cabinet Kidney Qi Pill) and Yougui Wan (Right Regulating Pill) may be used.
